EQUIPMENT VALIDATION

The RS Calibration Services validation group specializes in protocol development—Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)—the necessary protocol documentation that provides evidence of equipment qualification.   

We provide Qualification Protocols for most laboratory equipment requiring validation.

TEMPERATURE MAPPING

Thermal or temperature mapping is essential to verify that a particular process, piece of equipment, or product storage area creates and maintains the correct temperature for its purpose. Our experience in temperature mapping allows us to offer our customers a wide range of services. 

We have the capability to accurately validate extreme environments such as cryostorage and autoclaves as well as more usual areas such as ovens/dryers, drying rooms, autoclaves, refrigerators, freezers, ultra-low freezers, cold storage rooms, incubators, and environmental chambers/stability rooms/simulation chambers (temperature and relative humidity mapping). 

We utilize the most widely accepted instrumentation for thermal validation: the Kaye Validator® 2000 system.
